Susan Stuart Care Manager

Susan has over twenty-seven years of experience in the field of geriatrics and holds a bachelor's degree with a concentration in gerontology. She is a nationally certified long-term care manager and a nationally certified master guardian. She has trained in mediation theory and practice through the UNM Law School and is a member of the New Mexico Elders Mediation Network. Susan was a founding member of the New Mexico Guardianship Association and is a current member of the National Guardianship Association, the Aging Life Care Association® and the New Mexico Estate Planning Council. Susan is also a LegacyNavigator® certified through Celebrations of Life. She has served as a volunteer for many professional organizations which are focused on improving the lives of the elderly and disabled. She presents on a variety of topics affecting the elderly and disabled population in the community. Susan also has experience as a family caregiver.

Robert Padilla Care Manager
Licensed Master Social Worker | Care Manager Certified | National Certified Guardian

Robert is a licensed master level social worker with over thirty-three years of experience working with the disabled and elderly populations. He was employed in state government with adult protective services and the disabled and elderly (D & E) Medicaid waiver program. Robert has trained in mediation theory and practice through the UNM Law School and is a member of the New Mexico Elders Mediation Network. He has experience in geriatric psychiatric services, hospice and home healthcare. Robert is a nationally certified guardian. He is also a member of the National Guardianship Association and the Aging Life Care Association® and has experience serving as guardian and caregiver for a family member.
