Susan has over twenty years of experience in the field of geriatrics. She holds a bachelor's degree with a concentration in gerontology. She is a Nationally Certified Long Term Care Manager and a Nationally Certified Master Guardian. She was a founding member and is a current Board Member for The New Mexico Guardianship Association. She is a member of The National Guardianship Association and a member of The National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. She has served as a volunteer for many professional organizations which are focused on improving services for the elderly and disabled. She presents on a variety of topics affecting the elderly population in the community. She also has experience as a family caregiver.

Robert is a licensed master social worker with twenty-six years of experience working with the disabled and elderly populations. He was employed in state government with adult protective services and the disabled and elderly (D & E) Medicaid waiver program. He has experience in geriatric psychiatric services, hospice and home healthcare. He is a member of the National Guardianship Association and has experience serving as guardian and caregiver for a family member.
