Decisions in Care: Welcome

Decisions in Care, LLC was founded in 2001 by Susan Stuart, who is focused on providing high-quality services to the elderly and disabled consumers of New Mexico.

We have Nationally Certified Registered Guardians and Nationally Certified Long Term Care Managers with more than 60 years of combined experience in the field of gerontology. Our care managers are experienced in hospice, adult day services, home care, medicaid programs, and long distance caregiving.

We are equipped to provide varied services to meet your particular needs. We offer individualized assessments and specific recommendations. We provide Healthcare Power of Attorney and Guardianship services as well as other services detailed in the "Our Services" page. We service the Albuquerque metro area.
